The minutes after a cardiac arrest are the uttermost critical and it is estimated that the chance of survival decreases by 10 % for every minute that passes. Therefore, it is important for everyone to have access to a heart starter (defibrillator) within 3 minutes or 300 meters.<\/p>\n<p>In Denmark there are too few heart starters, and especially people living outside of the bigger cities are at risk. Fortunately for our communities, there are organizations and initiatives who believes that every person deserves the right to have access to a heart starter. With the help of sponsorships from local businesses such as ours, they set up heart-starters across the country.<\/p>\n<p>We at&nbsp;<strong>Nagarro ES<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>ComplianceNow<\/strong>&nbsp;are proud to be sponsoring a heart starter in our local community for the second consecutive year, next to our head office in Copenhagen. Together with several other companies we have been able to set up a heart starter right next to our local supermarket, REMA 1000. Knowing that cardiac arrests can happen to anyone at any given time, it is important for us to be able to help the people of our community minimize the risk of fatal outcomes due to cardiac arrests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"419\" src=\"https:\/\/compliancenow.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Design-uden-navn-34.png\" alt=\"Sponsored Heart Starter at Rema 1000\" class=\"wp-image-30245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/compliancenow.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Design-uden-navn-34.png 350w, https:\/\/compliancenow.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Design-uden-navn-34-251x300.png 251w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><figcaption><em>The heart starter is placed right next to the entrance of our local supermarket making it visible and available 24\/7.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sponsoring a heart starter is not just a Danish initiative. There are several organizations in most of the developed countries who offer this initiative as well.
