We’re excited to share that the latest version of ComplianceNow suite, 5.2.11, is now available! This update brings some general improvements and fixes, along with new features. You can now include reference users in your reports and analyses, use organization level analysis in CN Access Control, and the CN Usage Monitor is compatible with SAP STAR license classifications. Hereunder is a brief description of these key updates to the CN Suite.
AC include reference users in report and legacy user analysis
The CN Suite 5.2.11 includes org. level analysis in CN Access Control. This has been introduced to limit the number of false positive SoD conflict identified.
You can now select org. level fields as being risk analysis relevant. By selecting an org. level field to be risk analysis relevant, the analysis engine will analyze all existing risks considering this specific field. The risk will only be flagged if the org. level field contains the same value in both (all) sides of the risk. This is of course only relevant for risks with multiple functions e.g. SoD risks.
Org. level will also be available in all reports and easily identifiable.
CN Usage Monitor SAP STAR ruleset for license classification
You can now upload SAP STAR license classifications and apply the ruleset within the license management module. This feature has been integrated into CN Usage Monitor to ensure transparency regarding how your current setup will be interpreted under the new licensing model. It empowers you to make well-informed decisions and refine your authorization concept before transitioning, facilitating a smoother migration process.
