Up-going demand for subscription licenses

Simplicity and transparency are some of the main things we advocate for at ComplianceNow. During the last years we have noticed an up-going trend in our customers demand for subscription licenses. Combined with a general trend in the IT-landscape where perpetual licenses slowly are being replaced by subscription models, we have decided to completely phase out perpetual licenses in order to give you the benefits of operating our software through a subscription model. 

How do you as a customer benefit from our subscribition model?

While you previously had to invest a larger amount for your initial purchase of ComplianceNow, it is now possible to “rent” the software license on an annual basis – leading to a much lower initial cost.

The new subscription model cuts away the 20 % yearly maintenance fee and incorporates it directly into the subscription fee. Furthermore, the subscription fee includes software licenses, installation support, access to support services and new versions of the software as they are released.

All these changes are applied so that you can have the most transparent and predictable payment schedule, while offering you better affordability and a much lower initial investment fee.

Like the perpetual model the subscription model also allows you to always have the latest versions and releases of your installed ComplianceNow software, giving you the immediate benefits of capitalizing on new capabilities, features and functions. Finally, the new model provides a much more smooth and scalable licensing – giving you the possibility to easily be able to either expand the number of licenses or add further components from the ComplianceNow Suite.
