The SAP® Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that ComplianceNow Suite 5.2 integrates with SAP S/4HANA using standard integration technologies. SAP S/4HANA is the next-generation business suite, built for the SAP HANA platform, with on-premise and cloud deployment options. It is designed to act as the digital core, helping customers drive digital transformation across their entire organizations, taking advantage of the award-winning, role-based user experience of SAP Fiori®.
During 2020 we have worked hard on closing the last gaps introduced with S/4HANA and here are a few updates:
CN Authorization Process Manager is now fully supportive of the challenging Fiori authorization errors. This mean that APM supports simultaneous Fiori authorization error reporting as well as error correction in both layers. We made a small video to illustrate:

CN Access Control is also now fully supportive of S/4HANA. This mean that Access Control now integrates the services (S_SERVICE and S_START) as a part of the preventive/detective check. Hereby you can secure your segregation of both via transactions codes and Fiori apps, through the services which are required to start the Fiori Apps.
